Though reading and article/piece for fun/enjoyment is OK, if the piece provides emotional unity with the writer and food for thought, it will be more enjoyable. I am experiencing the later in this narrative.
It is fun read and is to be read that way. Analysis can make the article inert.
Thought provoking not with a view that “What happens if the a letter is lost”. Each sentence reminds an event, writer, poem and pun from our literature. Most I could understand, relate and enjoy. Some I could not understand/recall. I will have to search and read originals and then read the piece again, to enjoy the sentences.

కథలో sub headings ? Font మాములుగా ఒకసారి italics లో ఒకసారి ఉన్నాయి. ఇవి ప్రయోగాలా? కథా వస్తువు “అడుక్కోవడం” మీద విషయ సేకరణ బాగుంది. రచయిత అనుభవానికి తగిన స్థాయిలో ముగింపు లేదు.
కాలేజి విద్యార్థులుగా వున్నప్పుడు మల్లారెడ్డిగారి ” పుణ్యభూమి” చాలా ఇష్టంగా చదివేవాళ్ళం. చాలామంది పాతతరం కమ్మూనిష్ట్ నాయకుల్లానే ఆయన కూడా ఆర్థికంగా చితికిపోయారు.
చాలా బాగా చెప్పారు. ఇప్పుడున్న సాంకేతికత కారణంగా ఆంగ్లానువాదం మీద ఆధారపడనవసరంలేదు. భాషల మధ్య అనుసంధానానికి సాంకేతికత ఉపయోగపడుతున్నప్పుడు మూలభాషల విస్తృత అధ్యయనం మీద దృష్టి పెట్టాలి.
