చాలా బాగుందండి.. మాఘమాసపు పెళ్లి తంతుని కళ్లకు కట్టినట్లు చూపించారు తులసి గారు. పాతకాలం పెళ్లి జరిగే విధానం, నాటికట్టుబాట్లు, సాంప్రదాయాలు చాలా చక్కగా చెప్పారు. నేటి పెళ్లిలలో హంగు, ఆర్భాటం తప్ప ఏది కనిపించదు. చలమలో నీరు తోడేకొద్ది నీరు ఊరుతూనే ఉంటుంది. అలాగే తులసి గారి ఊహల ఊట లో కొత్త కొత్త (అంటే పాత జ్ఞాపకాలని) విషయాలని చదువరులకు ఆసక్తిగా ఉండేటట్లు గా చెబుతున్నారు.
మా చిన్నప్పుడు సగటు బ్రాహ్మణ కుటుంబాలలో జరిగే ఒడుగు, పెళ్లి తంతులను దృశ్యమానం చేసారు తులసిగారు.
తాటాకు పందిళ్లు, పెళ్లి తంతులు, పంక్తి భోజనాలు కరువైపోతున్న ఈ రోజుల్లో తులసిగారి ‘ఊహల ఊట’ మనసుకు హాయినిచ్చింది.
ఈ కధ నాకు టార్చ్ లైట్ వేసి చుట్టూ ఉన్న చీకటిని చూపించింది. అన్నట్లు ఈ రోజు గుడివాడలో కూడా పెద్దమ్మ కోసం పెట్టిన పిండాన్ని తినడానికి కూడా ఏ కాకీ రాలేదు. ఏదో దిగులు.
Ghantasala the greatest ever, full of divinity in his melodious and metallic voice which none had. Apart from those mentioned in the above messages and writeups, Nartanasala Padyams loom large forever… It is true his songs will be alive till the end of the Universe. There is only one singer alive now who can speak about the greatness of Ghantasala Mastaru!
I am surprised even programmes like Swarabhishekam with songs of the rest while great music directors, may be with SPBs influence the present those very few songs sung by SPB for them leaving aside large no. of great melodies sung by GHANTASALA… Persons like Sri Ramoji Rao should have advised them.
SPB is very good versatile singer, but many of songs like guntalakidi gumma, Adave Mayuri etc are full of flaws to note even for a non music person like me… which you never find in any of the songs of Ghantasala. As opined by many there is no comparison. Even today I listen to the immortal poems and songs rendered with divinity, diction form definition of vocal cinema music as aptly adapted to the movies.

మరుగుపడిపోయిన మధుర దృశ్యాల్ని మాలాంటి వయస్కుల మనోఫలకాలపై పునఃప్రదర్శింపజేయగలిగే లలితమైన భాషగల కలం మీది.
అటువంటి ముచ్చటలతో ముడిపడలేని ఈకాలపు పిన్నలుకూడా మీ జ్ఞాపకాలని విశ్వనాథ్ సినిమా చూసినట్లు ఆస్వాదిస్తారు, మీకలం బలం కారణంగా.
సరిగా చదవకుండానే బావుందంటున్నానని మీరనుకోకుంటారేమని:
