మానస సమీక్ష సర్వ సమగ్రంగా ఉంది. కవిత్వాన్ని అనుభవించి పలవరిస్తే తప్ప ఇటువంటి సమీక్ష రాదు. లోతైన పరిశీలన అందరికీ సాధ్యం కాదు. “‘ఏదో ఒక’ అనడం లేదిక్కడ కవి, ‘ఒకేఒక’ అంటున్నాడు” అన్న వాక్యం మానస సూక్ష్మబుద్దిని పరిచయం చేస్తుంది. ఇప్పటి కవులు ఆత్మ వ్యామోహ పీడితులు కాకుండా కనీసం అప్పుడప్పుడు ఇతరుల కవిత్వాన్ని చదివి తమకు తోచిన నాలుగు వాక్యాలు నిర్భయంగా రాస్తే అందరికీ మంచిది.
సమీక్షల విలువ తెలియని జాతికి విముక్తి లేదు. సంపాదకులు కూడా శ్రద్ధ వహించి చక్కని పుస్తకాలపై నలుగురితో సమీక్షలు చేయించాలి. సమీక్ష ఉమ్మడి బాధ్యత-అందరూ తమ తమ బాధ్యతలను తలకెత్తుకోవాలి, అప్పడు మంచి సమీక్షలు చదివే వారు, వాటి స్వారస్యాన్ని గ్రహించేవారు క్రమేణా పెరుగుతారు. కవులు, రచయితలూ, విమర్శకులు తాము రాసిందే గొప్ప అనుకునే భ్రమలనుండి బయటపడగల ఒక ఆరోగ్యకరమైన వాతావరణం ఏర్పడుతుంది. సాహిత్యకాననంలో విమర్శకుడు పులిలాంటి వాడు. భారతం చెప్పినట్లు పులి అడవికి రక్ష. అడవికి పులి రక్ష. అదీ సంగతి.

I am not sticking around, to read about the soap sud Melanie/ Olivia de Havilland., in this article. Had enough of her in the movie. Always fast forward when her pious, innocent, cherubic face comes around.

Clark Gable always has that problem with women in other movies too. Starts of as a big lug man / wild life hunter and turns into a ‘big baby’ looking for ‘mamma’ figure.
Only Scarlett for me. That vixen. Full of life. Full of tricks. Love to see her flaming face and hair – screaming out at skies, declaring her own war – God be my witness, I will never go hungry again…
If Rhett Butler says – “Frankly my dear! I don’t give a damn!” Scarlet O’Hara could not care less. Does she flinch? Nah! She never gave a damn for him either.
చిత్రాల (పంచ) ప్రాణాల వంటి గురించి ఈ వ్యాసాల పరంపర తృప్తిని కలిగిస్తోంది. టోన్ ఇలా మధ్యలో కత్తిరించారే? 🙁
కనిపించే విషయాల గురించే చదివానిప్పటి వరకూ. ఈ ప్రయత్నం బాగుంది. అంకుశం – నిజం. ఏ కొత్త విశేషమూ లేకపోయినా కొన్ని పాత చిత్రాలు ఎందుకు బాగుంటాయో అర్థమైంది. టోన్ విషయంలో దర్శకుని ప్రతిభయే కారణమని. వరుసశ్రేణి కథలు (సిరీస్) ప్రేక్షకులకు నచ్చడంలో కూడా దీని పాత్రే ఉందేమో.

Review is good. Quoted lines are beautiful. It is very very difficult to write subtle poetry rather than stuffing lines with raw Emotions, I know. This book seems to contain subtle poetry.
