శ్రీనివాస్ గారు, ఈ పాట నేను ఎన్ని సార్లో పాడుకుంటూంటాను. చిన్నప్పుడు రేడియోలో భక్తి రంజనిలో విన్న గుర్తు ఉంది. చాలా సంతోషంగా అనిపించింది ఈ రోజు విని. మీకు నా హృదయపూర్వక అభినందనలు.
అలాగే “శివాయ చంద్రశేఖరాయ నమ ఓం ” అనే పాట కూడ భక్తి రంజని లో వచ్చేది. దొరికితే నాకు లింకు పంపండి.

I was delighted to read the EEMAATA web magazine first when I was in Sydney on a holiday during last October. I very much appreciate the efforts being taken by yourself and the editorial team in bringing out such a classy magazine for those telugu readers the world over interested in telugu literature. You are doing great service to the cause of Telugu literature. Today I happen to read an article from earlier issues (2000) on Translation by Vallampati Venkatasusbbiah (Anuvaadakudika Naa Anubhavaalu) and was extremely happy to understand the intricacies of translation, since I am translating some Kannada novels into Telugu, my mother tongue.

The antique value of the information you collect, I still wonder, is is beyond the comprehension of the contemporary times. You are adding an extra dimension to the heritage of the speech community. You are carrying out an endeavor that should have done by a public institution with a lot of resources. This generation, at best can demand a chunk of the result of your endless quest for invaluable pieces of information and that of audio.
I still am curious as to the induction of A. M. Raja and that of Jikki into “Bahut Din Huye”; and as to the equation between Saluri and Eemani, but can not exploit your benefaction.

AVM వాళ్ళు, జెమినీ వాళ్ళు ఎప్పుడూ వాళ్ళ సినిమాల్లోని పాటలకు సంబంధించి పూర్తి వివరాలు ఇచ్చే వాళ్ళు కారు. అందువల్ల ఏ పాట ఎవరు చేసారు అన్నది చెప్పటం కొంచం కష్టమైన విషయమే. అదీను ముఖ్యంగా 1949 తరువాత. బహుత్ దిన్ హుయె లో శంకరశాస్త్రిగారి పేరు credits లో కనపడుతుంది. ఆయనతో జెమినీ సంస్థలో పనిచేసిన M.D. పార్థసారథిగారు ఇంకా ఉన్నారు. (ఈ మధ్యనే బెంగళూరులో ఉండే కొందరు మిత్రులు ఆయనతో ఒక ఇష్టాగోష్టి లాంటిది నిర్వహించారు.) అలానే శంకరశాస్త్రి గారిని, జెమినీ ని బాగా యెరిగిన పి.బి. శ్రీనివాస్ గారు కూడా ఉన్నారు. ఆయన సినిమా పాటల గురించి మరిన్ని వివరాలు కావాలంటే వీళ్ళిద్దరిని అడిగి చూడాలి.
